Moving in or out of a home can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but cleaning shouldn’t be. That is why, we offer move in/out cleaning services that take the hassle out of the moving process. We pay attention to every detail, from cleaning cabinets and closets to sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring that your new home is immaculate and move-in ready.

We also offer move-out cleaning services to help you leave your old home in the best possible condition and we prioritize customer satisfaction above everything else promising to clean until you’re happy, giving you that added peace of mind.

Estimate Confirmation
The provided estimate is preliminary. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details and confirm the specifics of your service.

Hourly Rate
Our rate is $45 per person per hour, with a minimum service time of 3 hours, totaling $150. Typically, we work in teams of two; however, a single technician may occasionally be assigned.

Additional Services
Please select any additional services during checkout.

We do not provide the following:

  • Handwashing dishes
  • Laundry services
  • Cleaning chandeliers, light fixtures, or any surface higher than a 3-step ladder
  • Exterior window cleaning

Supplies and Equipment
We supply all the necessary cleaning products and equipment for your service.

Insurance
We are fully insured to ensure your peace of mind and protection.

Deposit Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Rescheduling Policy

  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of your appointment cannot be accommodated, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on the day of the cleaning will incur an additional 50% charge, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

Refund Policy
No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Final Inspection
All cleanings must be inspected and approved by the client before our team leaves the premises.
We do not offer re-cleaning services.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Photo Policy
For quality control purposes, we take before-and-after photos of high-traffic and heavily soiled areas during your cleaning service. These photos are strictly used to ensure the quality of our work and are never shared or used for any other purpose. We do not take photos of personal or sensitive information under any circumstances. Your privacy is always our priority.
